Shipping & delivery
How is my beef shipped?
Every order is vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and packed in an insulated box with dry ice or gel packs so it stays frozen in transit. Orders ship early in the week to avoid weekend delays.
Will my beef still be frozen when it arrives?
Yes. Our packaging is built to keep your order frozen for the full transit window. If anything arrives less than perfectly cold, contact us and we'll make it right.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Texas and neighboring states. Enter your address at checkout to see available options and rates.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and arrive within the carrier's frozen-shipping window for your area. You'll receive tracking as soon as it ships.
