SHIPPING POLICY

At Texas Natural, we ship premium protein products directly to customers across the United States. Because our products are perishable, please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

  • We currently ship to the continental United States

  • We do not ship internationally

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes

Shipping availability may change at any time.


2. SHIPPING SCHEDULE

To ensure product quality:

  • Orders ship on designated shipping days only

  • Orders placed after the weekly cutoff may ship the following week

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or federal holidays

Estimated ship dates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.


3. SHIPPING METHODS

  • Orders are shipped using insulated packaging and refrigerant (dry ice or gel packs) as appropriate

  • Carrier selection is determined by Texas Natural at checkout

  • Transit times vary based on destination and carrier conditions

We reserve the right to upgrade or modify shipping methods to protect product integrity.


4. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Once a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the carrier:

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer

  • Texas Natural is not responsible for packages left unattended

We strongly recommend:

  • Monitoring tracking notifications

  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the package on delivery day


5. PERISHABLE GOODS DISCLAIMER

Our products may arrive:

  • Refrigerated

  • Frozen

  • Partially thawed but still safe for consumption

This is normal for frozen food shipments and does not indicate spoilage.


6. SHIPPING DELAYS

Texas Natural is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather events

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Acts of God

  • Labor shortages

  • Mechanical or logistical failures

  • Government actions

If delays occur and product remains safe, refunds will not be issued.


7. INCORRECT ADDRESS & FAILED DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Returned or abandoned packages

Reshipments may require additional fees.


8. DAMAGED OR SPOILED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Missing items

  • Spoiled due to verified carrier failure

You must:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide order details and photos if requested

Approved claims will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.


9. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Fees are non-refundable once the order ships

  • Promotional or discounted shipping offers are subject to change


10. FORCE MAJEURE

Texas Natural shall not be liable for shipping failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Terroristic acts

  • Power outages

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Carrier system failures


11. POLICY CHANGES

This Shipping Policy may be updated at any time.
The version in effect at the time of purchase governs your order.
