REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Texas Natural, we take pride in delivering high-quality, responsibly sourced protein products. Due to the nature of food products, especially perishable items, we maintain the following Refund & Return Policy.


1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns of food products

Once products leave our facility, we cannot resell or restock them.


2. ELIGIBLE ISSUES FOR REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS

Although returns are not accepted, we may issue a refund, replacement, or store credit at our sole discretion in the following cases:

  • Product arrives damaged

  • Product is missing from the order

  • You receive an incorrect item

  • Product arrives spoiled due to a verified shipping failure


3. REPORTING AN ISSUE

To be eligible for review, you must:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Photos or documentation upon request

Failure to report issues within this window may result in denial of the claim.


4. NON-ELIGIBLE CLAIMS

The following are not eligible for refunds or replacements:

  • Natural variations in color, marbling, fat content, or texture

  • Weight variances due to hand-cut products

  • Damage caused by improper storage after delivery

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers where product integrity is not compromised

  • Preference-based dissatisfaction (taste, cut size, expectations)

  • Products left unattended after delivery


5. SHIPPING & SPOILAGE DISCLAIMER

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for spoilage caused by:

  • Incorrect delivery addresses

  • Failure to retrieve packages promptly

  • Carrier delays beyond our control when product remains safe


6. REFUND METHOD & TIMING

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may take 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution

Store credit may be offered in certain circumstances.


7. SUBSCRIPTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)

For subscription orders:

  • You may cancel or modify your subscription before the next billing date

  • Once an order has processed or shipped, it is subject to this policy and non-refundable


8. FRAUD & ABUSE

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny claims that appear fraudulent or abusive

  • Refuse service to customers with repeated or excessive refund requests


9. POLICY UPDATES

This policy may be updated at any time without notice.
The version posted on our Website at the time of purchase governs your order.
