At Texas Natural, we take pride in delivering high-quality, responsibly sourced protein products. Due to the nature of food products, especially perishable items, we maintain the following Refund & Return Policy.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the perishable nature of our products:

All sales are final

We do not accept returns of food products
Once products leave our facility, we cannot resell or restock them.
2. ELIGIBLE ISSUES FOR REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS
Although returns are not accepted, we may issue a refund, replacement, or store credit at our sole discretion in the following cases:

Product arrives spoiled due to a verified shipping failure
3. REPORTING AN ISSUE

4. NON-ELIGIBLE CLAIMS

Weight variances due to hand-cut products

Damage caused by improper storage after delivery

Delivery delays caused by carriers where product integrity is not compromised

Preference-based dissatisfaction (taste, cut size, expectations)

Products left unattended after delivery
5. SHIPPING & SPOILAGE DISCLAIMER
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for spoilage caused by:

Incorrect delivery addresses

Failure to retrieve packages promptly

Carrier delays beyond our control when product remains safe
6. REFUND METHOD & TIMING
If a refund is approved:

Store credit may be offered in certain circumstances.
7. SUBSCRIPTIONS (IF APPLICABLE)
